Just in time, let’s celebrate standing! Join us for Icebergs Sundays in the Icebergs Bar from 4pm to 7pm.

It was a Ten Pieces fashion trip to Shanghai where Maurice Terzini was influenced by the hospitality of the ‘Punch Room’ in the Edition Hotel. The reservation only ‘Punch Room’ is a modern take on a London private club from the nineteenth century, where the entire room is dedicated to a punch menu.

“As soon as you walked into the bar, you were given a shot of punch as a welcome. I want to give guests a memorable and fun experience when they visit the Iceberg’s Bar, so on Sundays, it is all about the punch and everyone gets a shot.” – Maurice Terzini

For the next four Sundays our Bar Director Matty Opai will follow the five-ingredient method, with a modern interpretation, to create the punch. The punch will be served in a unique punch bowl that was handcrafted by glass artist Brian Hirst in his Sydney studio.

“We have put our Italian spin on the punch, by taking a quality tequila like Patron, and mixing in Select Aperitivo, Martini Bianco, and fresh seasonal fruit, to create a seriously tasty and light punch to be enjoyed upon arrival into the Icebergs Bar.” – Matty Opai
