Icebergs Dining Room and Bar welcomes four of the hottest bars and talent in the world for a one night only exclusive dinner and bar event on the clifftops of the Pacific Ocean on Bondi Beach.

A unique celebration of the best bars in the world collaborating with internationally acclaimed bars, which have changed the world of modern drinking and made a significant contribution to drinking culture as we know it. Over the passed 17 years Icebergs has pioneered a clear, simple and innovative approach to the bar philosophy and we look forward to sharing a number of great moments with some of the worlds innovators of beverage culture.

This year we will be hosting an exclusive dinner led by Executive Chef Monty Koludrovic with a five course menu inspired by the ocean and sustainability. Each bar will represent one drink per course showcasing the versatility of drinking and how food and drinks are the perfect match for dining.
