This year we welcome back the classic mid-week light lunch ‘Pranzo Classico’, an iconic Icebergs lunch with some of your all-time favourite dishes.

We are shining a light on some of our favourite produce. To start, Goats Curd from good friend Marty at Cooks Co-op, or the incredible oysters from Allan McIntyre at Hazlegrove Oysters, on the pristine Sapphire Coast, NSW. Followed by the incredible Darling Downs Salt Crusted Rib Eye or Pappardelle with South Australian Mussels, WA Scampi and our daily catch fish.
