Patrick Sullivan is a prominent and influential figure in the Australian wine scene, known for his minimalist winemaking approach and use of wild yeasts. He produces wines in the Strezleki Ranges of Gippsland, located in the Baw Baw Shire. His wines have been featured on the wine list of Icebergs since he first began making wine.
The core philosophy of our Icebergs wine list is to showcase wines that reflect the unique characteristics of the person and place they originate from, and Patrick Sullivan’s wines exemplify this ethos.
