Icebergs Dining Room and Bar and restaurateur Maurice Terzini invite Andrew McConnell’s newest addition Gimlet at Cavendish House, Melbourne, to take over the Icebergs Bar for one night only on Sunday, April 18th.

McConnell along with Head Chef Allan Doert Eccles and Bar Manager Cameron Parish will be bringing classic European charisma to Bondi Beach for one night only, where guests can enjoy a celebratory menu of snacks and considered cocktails that reflect the convivial and social heart of a night out at Gimlet. Old world meets new, with a touch of indulgence to suit the surroundings.
