Maurice’s inspiration comes from juxtaposition, a fine dining experience within the rambunctious and raucous environment of Australia’s biggest music festival. Passionate about the blurring of spaces and preconceptions – restaurant vs bar vs club – and obsessed with food, fashion, art and music, Maurice brings to life an experience that speaks to each and creates something new and compelling for audiences to enjoy. Through this signature raw, rock n roll lens, Icebergs Dining Room and Bar will be lovingly and creatively reinterpreted at Splendour in the Grass 2019. Positioned in a private and picturesque backstage location overlooking a lake, think Bondi Icebergs goes punk rock.
