On Sunday 19 July, our Winter Bar Takeover Series continues as PS40 trades Skittle Lane for the edge of South Bondi.

From 3pm, the team brings the inventive cocktails that have made PS40 one of Sydney’s most celebrated bars, alongside live sounds from Murray Lake.

The Icebergs kitchen answers with a snack menu drawn from PS40’s globe-spanning flavours, made for a sundownder above the Pacific.
