Now in its 24th year, ICEBERGS X FIRST DAY OF SUMMER is a long-standing tradition in the Icebergs Dining Room and Bar calendar.
Since 2003, we’ve welcomed the season from above the beach with the first of many long lunches that define a Bondi summer.
A long lunch into Golden Hour, from a piatto di mare of oysters, crudo and spanner crab to reef fish all’acqua pazza, with the season’s best from the producers we love.
Live sounds by Total Giovanni (DJ Set + Live Vocals). Smooth boogie to shamanic disco and heartbreak house, honed over more than a decade on Melbourne’s dancefloors.
