A three-course $90 menu, beginning with antipasti, moving into secondi, and finishing with dolce.

From Fritto Misto, Heirloom Tomato Carpaccio and Tuna Tartare to Cime di Rapa Koshihikari Risotto, Spatchcock and Ligurian Braised Seafood – a selection that brings together the dishes that have long been part of the kitchen.

Available Tuesday to Sunday for lunch and dinner, and only available for parties of up to 9 guests when booked in advance.
